SPAN PMU Personnel
The Project Management Unit (PMU) for the PDF-B phase is made up of:
- A Project Coordinator, whose overall responsibility is the coordination of the administrative and technical aspects of the project;
- a Project Deputy Coordinator, (secondment from MET) an assistant to the Project Coordinator on day-to-day activities ;
- a Project Development Assistant, mainly assisting with the development and the overall technical management of the project; and
- a Project Assistant, who assists with office management as well as with various activities of the project.
At the moment, SPAN through UNDP has advertised the positions for the PMU to stand in for the full phase that is to commence in January 2006. The advertised positions are:
- 1 Project coordinator
- 3 Field Coordinators
- 1 Project Administrator
- 1 Project Accountant
- 1 Communication/Partnership Development Officer
- 2 x Project Assistants
